Having worked in Land and New Homes sector for the last 20 years, I have an indepth knowledge in the acquisition and selling of land, strategic planning and the selling of new home development sites. Working with land owners and developers is extremely rewarding and still extremely enjoyable.
Sam Shenton is the Ops director and backbone at RJ. She plays a huge role across the whole company with HR, Recruitment, marketing, technology and communications and a huge long list of other responsibilities all falling under her remit. Keeping our growth plans on track is a challenging role and one that Sam gives 100% to. Keeping her head when others are losing theirs is a particular strength and utilised regularly.

Danielle is obsessed with peoples houses and has confessed to refreshing Rightmove at least six times a day in case she misses a gem! So, you won’t be surprised to find out that she sells our new build properties, handles the development and builds strong relationships with our clients. Danielle is a powerhouse of property development knowledge, perfectionism and a playful personality. You’ll find her dreaming of building a stone house in a village, where she can grow fruit and veg with her gorgeous girl Vienna-Rose or walking around the Cotswolds, with her family, whilst enjoying a rhubarb gin.

They say buying or selling a house can be one of life’s most stressful events, my role within Richard James is to ensure this process is as smooth and “stress-free” as possible. Having experienced all aspects of Estate Agency within the last four years, I can assure you there is nothing more rewarding than building rapport with my clients, to being the bearer of great news when exchange of contracts takes place.When out of the office, I love spending time with friends and family and am often found travelling around different cities within the UK. I enjoy yoga, history and a have a weakness for anything make-up and beauty related.
